Cancellation PolicIES


Scheduled tour bookings are not confirmed until payment is received ( by EcoCaddy or accredited Travel Agent*)

In any event, EcoCaddy strongly advises you to take out travel insurance… its well worth the piece of mind.

If confirmed standard departure tour bookings are cancelled the following fees apply

  • More than 7 days in advance – 10% of original fee
  • 2-7 days in advance – 50% of tour cost
  • within 48 hours of commencement – refunds will not be available
  • If changes are made more than 7 days prior to original booking there is no charge.. all changes are subject to availability. If changes are made within the seven days, this may be considered as a cancellation – and cancellation fees charged accordingly.
  • If EcoCaddy is forced to cancel a booked tour, any prior tour payments will be fully refunded (other than third party booking fees)
  • EcoCaddy does not operate in inclement weather - a full refund will be made available if weather is not favourable.
  • EcoCaddy reserves the right to alter or amend an itinerary if circumstances require. 

Private, corporate and group bookings have special cancellation policies. To ensure your exclusive experience see below

· A deposit of 50% of the quoted tour minimum is requested to hold tour date.
· Full payment is required 7 days prior to departure. ·
· The following fees will be invoiced if agreed bookings are cancelled:

  • More than a month in advance – 5% service fee
  • Credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge .
  • Less than seven days – greater refunds may not be available
  • Group bookings cancelled more than 14 days prior to departure are charged a 10% booking fee of paid monies
  • Group bookings cancelled or numbers reduced 5- 14  days prior to departure a 50% charge will be applied
  • Additional numbers will be accommodated subject to availability.
  • Group bookings cancelled within 5 days of commencement – refunds will not be available
  • All change must be received in writing/email.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until a booking confirmation number is received// or invoice is written and sent// or payment is received by EcoCaddy.
  • If EcoCaddy is forced to cancel a booked tour, any prior payments will be fully refunded. Please call 0402 018 191 if you have any questions.
